Your guest information

Name searches are used to find your table. Contact details are not shown in public lookup. Approved organisers have separate access to the information they need to manage the day.

Analytics never receives your search text, name, table assignment, contact details, quiz answers or organiser account information. We do not record your screen or keystrokes.

Optional website statistics

If you allow analytics, Cloudflare Web Analytics helps us understand visits to our Home, Moments and Games pages, referring websites, broad country and device categories, and page loading performance. We use those statistics to improve this site.

The analytics script only loads after you choose Allow. Declining does not change your access to the wedding companion. This privacy page, the Gifts page and organiser pages do not use optional analytics.

Cloudflare receives normal connection information, including your IP address and browser information, when your browser sends a measurement. Our integration removes query strings, fragments, referral paths, element selectors and resource URLs from those measurements. It does not create a persistent visitor identifier.

Cloudflare currently makes up to six months of aggregate analytics available. Older figures may be sampled. Visits are not a count of distinct guests, and statistics cover only visits that could be measured after permission.

Changing your choice

We remember only your Allow or Decline choice on this browser for six months. You can return here using the privacy link on any public page and change it. Clearing browser storage also clears that preference. If your browser blocks storage or sends a Global Privacy Control signal, optional analytics stays off.

Your choice applies to this browser; make it separately on other devices. Analytics requires an internet connection. We do not keep an offline queue of your activity.

Hosting and other services

Our hosting provider, Sites, also processes requests to operate and protect this website and provides hosting statistics. The optional analytics choice above controls the additional Cloudflare Web Analytics integration; it does not switch off hosting or security records.

Films, photo albums, Joy, MyRegistry and any linked retailers are separate services. Opening them is covered by their own privacy policies. ToFiy26 does not receive registry selections, purchase details, contribution details or confirmation that a transaction was completed. An album link click also does not tell us whether you uploaded photographs.
